The Men’s Table is helping blokes build stronger connections through honest conversations and shared support.

A “Table” brings together 10–12 men once a month over a meal to talk openly about life — the highs, the lows and everything in between — in a safe, respectful and confidential environment.

It’s not counselling or “fixing” problems. It’s about mateship, listening and creating genuine connection.

Since starting in 2011, The Men’s Table has grown into a national charity with more than 290 Tables across Australia, supporting men’s mental, emotional and social wellbeing.

Local men are now invited to attend the upcoming Muswellbrook Entree Event — a relaxed introduction to learn how a Table works and meet other local men interested in being involved.

The event is open to all men aged 18+ and bookings are essential.
