Fireworks, ice skating, glowing lanterns and live entertainment will light up Singleton’s Civic Precinct on Saturday 2 May 2026 from 6 to 9.30pm.

There is plenty to enjoy for all ages. Kids can dive into free activities and interactive circus workshops, while roving performers bring colour and energy to every corner. Get creative at a lantern-making workshop with artist Ikara, lace up your skates at the pop-up ice rink inside the Civic Centre, or join a family-friendly scavenger hunt to explore everything Firelight has to offer.

You will also find jumping castles, face painting, market stalls showcasing local makers and community groups, and a great selection of food trucks serving up delicious street eats. Adults can relax in the outdoor licensed bar area featuring Hunter Valley wine and beer, while a dedicated sensory space ensures a calm and inclusive experience for everyone.
